Privacy Policy

Effective October 18, 2026. Tenstrike uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve our services. Analytics operates subject to applicable privacy requirements, regional controls, and visitor opt-out preferences. LeadConnector’s msgsndr_id classification and supported controls remain under review with GoHighLevel; the Analytics choices control does not manage this provider identifier.

Tenstrike LLC, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, operates tenstrike.com. This policy explains how we handle information associated with our website, business inquiries, prospect outreach and strategy-call bookings. Client campaign information may also be covered by a separate services agreement.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, business email, phone number, business name, website, message, advertising interests and appointment details. Some fields are optional. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive information in inquiry fields.

We may obtain professional contact and business information from public business sources and business-information providers for relevant business outreach. Our website and service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages and interactions with the website. The collection of optional analytics information depends on the controls described below.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess service fit, arrange and conduct appointments, provide requested services, maintain business records, send relevant business follow-up, protect our systems and improve our website. You can ask us to stop sales follow-up by emailing [email protected] or using an unsubscribe option provided in a message.

Appointments and communications

GoHighLevel / LeadConnector provides our CRM, forms and scheduling technology. Our strategy-call calendar is connected to Brian Zeman's Google Calendar and Google Meet. Booking details and contact information are processed to schedule and manage meetings. Appointment communications include email confirmations, calendar invitations, updates and reminders. Appointment SMS is currently disabled; submitting a phone number does not by itself authorize promotional texts.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources and interactions with our website and improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and related identifiers and processes information about website use, including technical information transmitted by your browser. Google explains its processing at How Google uses information.

Our launch configuration permits Google Analytics only for visits identified as coming from the United States, where applicable law permits its use without prior consent. Google Analytics remains off for visits outside the United States or where location cannot be confirmed. We do not currently offer an international Analytics opt-in. A privacy notice alone does not substitute for required consent.

We provide an Analytics choices control to stop Google Analytics in your browser or restore the regional default. We also keep Google Analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. A refusal or withdrawal does not prevent you from requesting a call. Browser settings can also restrict cookies, although restricting essential technology may affect website or booking functionality. Choices generally apply to the browser and device where made; clearing storage or changing devices may require making the choice again.

Google Analytics cookies include _ga and cookies beginning _ga_. They may remain for up to 400 days, subject to earlier removal, browser restrictions and your choices. Cookie lifetime is different from the retention of information in Analytics reports. Advertising storage, advertising user-data consent and advertising personalization are disabled in our website analytics configuration.

Our hosting, security and booking providers also use technology to deliver pages, protect against automated abuse and provide forms and scheduling. Cloudflare describes __cf_bm as a bot-management cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. A separate Cloudflare performance beacon measures page loading and performance; Cloudflare states that this beacon does not use browser cookies or persistent browser storage.

LeadConnector sets a msgsndr_id cookie lasting up to 365 days to associate visitor and contact activity. This provider identifier can be present before a cookie choice and after optional cookies are rejected. The Google Analytics choices control does not manage it. LeadConnector may also store form, scheduling and session information to provide its services. Embedded and linked services process information under their own privacy notices. Disclosures and service providers

We do not sell or rent prospect information. We do not upload prospect contact lists to advertising platforms for targeting or conversion measurement.

We disclose information as needed to providers that support our website, CRM, communications, scheduling, analytics and business operations, including GoHighLevel / LeadConnector and Google, and to authorized personnel and professional advisers who need it for their work. Hosting and security services may involve Cloudflare. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Applicable legal requirements govern any required transfer safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, taking into account the status of an inquiry or business relationship, our communications, legal and accounting requirements, disputes and security needs. We review information for deletion or de-identification when it is no longer needed. Some information may remain in provider recovery systems or backups for a limited period under their retention practices. Deletion from active systems may occur before copies expire from provider recovery systems or backups.

No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you have a concern about your information.

Your choices and requests

Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to sales follow-up, or ask about our privacy practices. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including a right to withdraw consent, restrict processing, receive a copy of information, appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and the scope of a request. Legal exceptions may limit what we can delete or provide. We will handle requests within applicable legal requirements and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Audience, links and changes

Our website and strategy calls are intended for adults making business inquiries. They are not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can review and address it.

Third-party websites and services have their own policies. We may update this policy by posting a revised version and effective date and providing additional notice when required by law.
