Website Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026.

These terms govern use of tenstrike.com and its strategy-call booking service, operated by Tenstrike LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

Website information and business inquiries

The website provides general information about our marketing services and allows adults making business inquiries to request a strategy call. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to submit any information about another person or business.

Booking a strategy call does not create a paid engagement or authorize charges. Services, scope, fees, payment terms, cancellation and refund rights for a client engagement are governed by a separate written services agreement.

Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling

The strategy call is a 30-minute meeting with Brian Zeman, generally conducted through Google Meet. Check the selected time zone and the meeting details in your confirmation.

You can use the cancellation or rescheduling links in appointment communications until two hours before the scheduled meeting. For a change within two hours, contact [email protected]. A late-change request is subject to availability and may not be seen before the meeting. This appointment cutoff does not change cancellation or refund terms in a separate client agreement.

We may need to cancel or reschedule a call and will use the contact information you provide to communicate relevant changes. Scheduling availability and third-party meeting services are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Communications and privacy

Booking-related communications include email confirmations, calendar invitations, reminders and updates. Appointment SMS is currently disabled. Booking a call or providing a phone number does not by itself authorize promotional texts.

Acceptable use and website materials

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, spam, false submissions, malicious code, unauthorized access, disruption or misuse of another person's information. Do not submit confidential credentials, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in inquiry fields.

Website materials, branding and designs may be protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Obtain permission before reusing Tenstrike materials beyond uses permitted by law.

Advertising platforms and results

Advertising platforms control their own policies, eligibility, approvals and enforcement. Website information does not guarantee ad approval, continued account access, revenue, return on advertising spend or any particular business result. Specific service commitments must be set out in a separate written services agreement.

Third-party services and availability

The website and booking service use third-party technology, including GoHighLevel / LeadConnector and Google. External services and links are subject to their own terms and policies. We may update website information, correct errors or change appointment availability.

Website information is provided for general business information and is not legal advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or changes an existing signed services agreement.

Changes and contact

We may revise these website terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law. Revised website terms do not automatically amend a separate signed services agreement.
